Qualyon CRM Intergration

Qualyon CRM Integration allows you to seamlessly integrate your CRM ticketing system with Qualyon, a powerful email management platform. This documentation provides the necessary details to set up the integration and utilize Qualyon's features for efficient email processing.

Pre-requisites

Before setting up the integration, please make sure you have the following:
  1. Sign Up at https://app.qualyon.com/ and Complete the Registration Process.
  2. Choose the Appropriate Vertical.
  3. Select an appropriate persona
  4. Go to Settings > Api keys > Add api key

Integration Steps

Step 1: Create a Zap To begin the integration, follow these steps:
Step 2: Configure Action in Qualyon Once the trigger event is set, configure the action as follows:
Step3: Save and Test the Action After configuring the action, save the draft with a proper name to easily identify it later. Test the action to ensure it works as expected.
Step 4: Upon testing the Zapier action in the Qualyon account's Zapier integration, you will receive a confirmation message to validate the email processing. The sample output will be displayed in the Zapier action test section and will appear similar to the following:
Step 5: Provide Webhook URL to Qualyon To ensure the seamless flow of data from Qualyon to your Ticketing system account, provide the webhook URL to Qualyon's app. Qualyon will use this URL to send the necessary request to update the ticket comments in your Ticketing System.
